Summer Robotics Camp 22– 29.08. 2015.
It is our great pleasure to announce that Summer Robotics Camp will be held 22-29.08.2015. in Adriatic Hotel, Vrboska, island of Hvar. .
This camp is organized by Croatian Robotic Association and Jelsa Primary School for all interested participants from Croatia.
Workshop topics can be generally divided in two categories, based on level of knowledge:
- Elementary robotics for beginners
- Advanced robotics with former Rescue A category workshop
This workshops will encourage all participants to work independently under the supervision of mentors Ivica Kolarić, Jelka Hrnjić and Katija Barbić. Some attendants with national and international competitions and similar workshops experience will assist mentors in their work.
Workshops will be held in morning and afternoon sessions. Organized free time include swimming and various social and creative activities. Public presentations in Vrboska and Hvar are scheduled for workshop participants evaluation.
Main goal of this camp is to expand level of robotic knowledge and to improve skills and competencies through various self-learning activities. Kids will be encouraged to develop international cooperation, friendships and find the best way to spend their free time. All participants have to bring their own PC (laptop). For those who don’t have it, mentors will install the necessary software for workshops.
