Summer robotic camp Vrboska 2015 report

Vrboska on island of Hvar hosted a week long Summer robotic camp (22-29. 08. 2015.)

5 mentors (Ivica Kolarić, Jelka Hrnjić, Katija Barbić, Danica Plastić and Zoran Pribičević) successfully organized activities for 53 young croatian roboticists and took care for their robotic education and free time.

Participants were divided into groups according to their level of robotic knowledge. Beginners learned how to build and program autonomous mobile robots while more experienced kids were given a task to build a plotter with markers from Fischertechnik elements. These plotters were used lately for creating real pictures with marine motives.

Kids were eager to show their robotic creations to local people and tourists so public presentations were organized in Vrboska and Hvar.
